1. Initial Interview: background, education, work history, interests (1 hour)
​
2. Vocational Testing: personalized psychometric tests
(2 hours – depending on need and package)
3. Interpretation and Review: career testing results and information are discussed (2 hours)
4. Professional Opinion and Guidance: personal suitability, training options, career income and career futures. Vocational path options are then evaluated to discover client's top 3 choices (1 hour)
5. Career Planning: review of the report, reflections on options chosen, and plans for career path ahead
6. *Networking with Professional in Chosen Field
(subject to availability) or Career Support Session: support for career action plan or for any elements needed in moving toward solidifying next stage of career development *Package C only
