Amy Lloyd is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Registered Rehabilitation Professional with over 20 years of experience in vocational assessment, career counselling, personal counselling, and adult education. Her approach draws on Adlerian Individual Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support both personal insight and practical career direction.
In 2012, Amy founded Lloyd Counselling, a practice dedicated to helping individuals navigate fulfilling career paths. Over the past 14 years, she has provided customized career counselling services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Under her leadership, the practice has grown to include a team of associates, offering a comprehensive range of counselling and consulting services.
